Design first, then implement: I write the spec, favor simple deterministic rules, and build from there. I started out in Madagascar, where reliability wasn't optional and fast learning was a necessity. That foundation still defines how I work; and when I commit to a project, I treat it as my own.

Geospatial nav stack from scratch: OSM ingestion pipeline, routing backend with Redis caching. Full-stack transit planning platform with editable network graph, distributed tracing, k6 load testing.
Personal cloud + Elixir orchestrator
Personal cloud platform: Caddy ingress, PostgreSQL, Redis, Prometheus/Grafana observability. Authored "Maestro", an Elixir-based orchestrator using state machines and supervision trees to automate ticket-to-PR workflows.
